The Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors (GMAR) just released its quarterly report on Home Affordability. This report highlights what it takes to afford a home in 40 different communities throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area.

At the heart of this report is a chart that breaks down recent home sales throughout the metro and gives the monthly payment, including principal, interest, mortgage insurance, and property taxes in three price brackets, -- upper third, middle third, and lower third of homes sold in each community.
